There has also been tons of incidents which weren't reported (This was only in the jail explanations section.)

All that was after I got banned for a 1 week or so. That was along time ago. Zombie said "I think you've changed." Obviously you dont agree. Which you haven't seen me since I was banned. (Probably cause were all busy these days) But tell me what I can do better. Instead of telling me what i've done wrong tell me what I should improve on. Just a suggestion. You should improve your history, because staff should be reliable. You didn't get banned that long ago, so changed or not you still don't seem to be ready for a staff rank, as you haven't kept the good behavior long enough.

I have one question have you been on when I have cause obviously you haven't.
This is how I feel with trying to get staff,

I'm sorry, but regardless of her playtime, if Cori applied for staff, I'd do everything I could to get her there.
She has all the qualities that I REALLY want to see in a staff member.

I agree you've changed, but you're still not at the stage where I want people seeing you and judging the server by it. You NEED to proof-read what you're saying, it's super important.

Staff members require initiative and the ability to re-asses past moments, if I gave you all the answers, you wouldn't get anywhere.

I agree with this last part, as it is super important, especially to me.

I'm a 'come onto the forums and let some steam off' type of person. Yes this makes me somewhat humorous, but most of the time, I'm Mr Sass. What keeps me in a good state of mind however, is Fault Correction. I'd rather be myself, and apologise for being myself, than be apologising for being an absolute hardass with no humour. I feel that since all of you are my friends, I can be absolutely honest, and as unprofessional as I please. These forums are the last place I can escape Professionalism. At school, at work, in the defence force group I will not name here. All require me to be extremely professional.

The same should apply to you. I've seen the forum posts to prove that you 'have changed', but I am yet to actually see that. It's not something that occurs overnight, by the way, it's a long term commitment.
