Banned with appealReasons Behind this ban: Recently Hockeyguy has been appearing A LOT over this forum area because of rule breakings, As Nick told me as I did this he got Jailed 3 times the week he got SD. The reason I have banned him today is because he gave new members 1 Full inventory of Diamonds, Completely breaking rules that I think he has broken before, and because of the amount of diamonds given he is banned for this reason. ~ McMan
EDIT: The guys he gave the diamonds to gave them all back, turns out have gave them 2 Full Inventorys of diamonds Each EDIT 2: The guy called me back saying he forgot a chest of the stuff he gave, here is more of the stuff Hockey gave them, adds up to over 4 inventory's of spawned items, Iron and Diamonds. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- P.S. This is extras to what the guys gave me after he spawned them for these 2, This is new evidence after he was banned.EDIT 3: Beacons were also given to players

Kalashnikov wrote:I should say this should almost be a no appeal ban... I want to make a point clear, and I am NOT siding with anyone. I think almost all bans should include an appeal. Just banning a player without forgiving them doesn't teach them a lesson. If you make them write a long, good appeal, they will start to realize how bad their actions were. Even if the appeal is not accepted, the player should atleast get a chance to apologize. However, in this case, hockeyguy has abused this perk many times, and has spawned items for countless amounts of people. So even if he does appeal, the appeal should have a reasonable amount of effort dedicated to it.

*MAN COMMITS MURDER* Police Officer: "You're going to jail now." Man: "Yeah, I know." Police Officer: "Alright, are you ready, Sir?" Man: "Yes, just a couple things though." Police Officer: "Yes?" Man: "I'd like to get out of prison on Sundays to visit my kids, get out on Mondays to see my Wife, get out on Tuesdays to go to lunch with the in-laws, get out on Wednesdays to see my Mother, get out on Thursdays to see my father, get out on Friday to watch the football and you know what, just be able to leave whenever I want!" *Smile* Police Officer: "Yes! Of course we let criminals pick their own punishment conditions!"
Yeah, sorry Hockey, you can't just "Request" things after all the trouble you've caused, you're in a lot of trouble and we're not just going to keep giving you chances.
