Well 125 is threatening to kill this guy and he is saying his First and Last name, is this even legal?! I am very worried and I am in favor of banning him because there isn't much we can do to help the person being threatened, with or without the offender on the server.

We don't let people choose thir punishments, lol
If you are to get temp banned it'll be a month or more, you keep causing problems.
Plus, why would someone make you owner of their server, lol
