Smart Moving Mod?

I've been thinking about the no mods rule, and I really appreciate its protection from overpowered mods. But small mods like opti-fine and HD textures are good. I was also thinking on how the Smart Moving Mod could make the McTopia experience a bit more diverse. If we could jump (higher), climb, and crawl, that would be pretty cool. However, on the downside, this could lead to easier greifing and cheating in player built mazes. Also, it could be a hassle to incorporate it into the entire server, and then everyone would need to get the client version. So what do you all think?

Smart Moving Mod is considered a hacking mod.

Too much work, and not worth making everyone get a mod just for our server. There are plugins that we can use, but a mod isn't worth the trouble. You can use optifine, and HD textures.
