I think that's why I was so angry, he knew the rules, he still decided he'd want some laughs in return for ruining some guys experience. .-. He's normally pretty weary of rules when he PvPs too. So I'm actually quite surprised.

From my point of view me and Josh recently found a new warp then saw someone, his first reaction was to shoot him. Once the guy fell off this... sky building? He landed on Meta then died. That's all I know, also I lost my axe whenever Meta started using /ekick on people D:

There were no warps up onto the skybase, I deleted the old one. I was up on the skybase WITH shade, he did not fall on me. Then BK jumped down in god mode and collected all his items and ran off, and, of course, decided not to give them back.
I was ekicking people because everyone kept fighting after I told them to stop, it was like trying to get a toddler to sit down and stop running around the room .-.
Your axe was an inappropriate name and you probably have more anyway
'His Penis, How Kinky :3' is not something I want a staff member to be pvping people with.
Your performance wasn't overall bad but was rather shabby, I expected better to be honest, you said you'd stop hunting people down to kill them.

He used it earlier today and he was quite confused as to why it was there. Then he asked(gamegraft, I think) to rename it.

I was on Minechat so I can't really say much in correlation to the death of the player.
Minechat DID let me see the insult to Chris, though, and that was rude and unnecessary. So the punishment for that was well deserved unfortunately for him.
As this is a recurring issue, it's upsetting to see someone like him in the opposing end of this situation, since he's a long-time player and knows the rules well. Disappointing and slightly surprising. Upsetting overall, but perhaps I'm just biased. I tried not to be anyway.
Josh, you're one of my closest friends here but it's moments like these where your actions don't align with your knowledge of, well, not the rules persay, but overall actions.

yeah, saying that was kind of out of line, however, I felt I was being unjustly accused. Nobody was in the sky base when I shot, nobody died in the sky base. Also, it shouldn't matter onceoever that I shot an Admin, they're susceptible to pvp just like everyone else, if they choose to ungod. At they time I shot you, you guys were outside the building breaking obsidian, not in the building. I also never have god on (other than when I'm building), I don't take fall damage with /fly. Then, right afterwards, you start kicking two unrelated people because you said to stop, with absolutely no reasoning. They were just there, no correlation with any of the previous events, and fully able to be pvp'd.
It's not like the jail matters TOO much to me, I havent been on ina long while due to Terraria, but I'd just like to say Meta, I'm pretty sure you were in the wrong on this one, other than the insult, that was my fault, but not worth a two hour jail.

There was no way to get up to the sky base without flying up there, fly pvp. Fall damage is an important part of PVP. 2. The entire sky base was a home, it was just mainly dismantled, but it still counts. I took off gm because it was requested that I give back the materials. I did not expect someone to fly up near the build limit to kill the person I was working with, oh, aren't I stupid. 3. For disrespecting an admin like that I could've jailed you for longer than two hours, it was well worth a jail and a mute. The insult wasn't the only thing, but the complete disregard to your wrong doing was astonishing. You don't give a damn do you? I asked politely multiple times for you to give the items back and you should've done it. You obviously have no respect for the rank admin, I can't ell you know, I hate people who disregard ranks and regulations. 4. It was obvious I was working with someone, whenever I'm doing something personal I don't let people tp in, ask anyone who's seen me work. You've been on the server long enough and talked to enough people to know I'm an admin. Do admins usually break things by hand with people watching them? 5. I kicked people that were fighting, no others, don't try to pull that crap on me that I was abusing kick, I really don't appreciate it. Maybe if you had apologized to shade and given the stuff I would've let you go, but not now. I'd have half the mind to jail you right now if I could. You didn't even bother to spell things right in your post
