The thing is... What could you give the higher ranks? You could give them a free buy-craft card still but like. There should be a prize that is definite that they would enjoy

Agreed. And all of the members currently are much younger so I doubt they will vote and a lot of people are just buying ranks left and right.

If it wasn't so easy to get everything, like god items, it would be possible to give stuff away like overenchanted items.

Exactly, but god items are possible for SD's to make and even then there's a good amount of them to be distributed.
