It's not your age. It's much more than that. Staff wouldn't say "screw you guys" either, just throwin you a bone.

And the amount of time you've spent here is absolutely irrelevant, unless you're a complete newcomer asking for staff. Which you are not. And this information is expected of you to be processed maturely and professionally.

Hockey, Matt meant no harm, nor did I. Stop trying to defend yourself, let's just focus on your application.

So, although I don't particularly recommend you for staff, the application could be much longer and much more detailed. I think it is best for you to wait and mature a little more. To think about your own self first before trying to get to others. At your age, whichever it may be, it's hard to know exactly what you want to do with yourself and your own personality. You're still really growing your own personality and such. So give it time to mature and think. That's the best advice I can give.

As for the app, include more about why you want staff. I know it's a broad topic but there is plenty to describe there.

I have good experience with staff I have had the rank CO-Owner, Head-Admin, Builder, Admin, Moderator, and lots of times I've had those ranks.Also I think I should have it because I am nice,Im good at building and I can help with lots of stuff.Like someone fighting someone else I split it up. if someone pvp logs I ask the person who has pvping he/she and I will jail them, I will also fix any destroyed objects. I will not abuse them like /jail /tp /tpo /tphere and other commands I might not know about.I also wont spawn stuff from creative or /i to give to people.

I will not be mean to members and abuse creative and do bad things.
I will not greif or by-pass on anyones property. And I will also help with people doing bad things like... Greifing,Abusing ranks commands, I will warn before I punish if they swear, or advertise,or if they use and racism. And also if there just being mean to other players.

What I will do to help out new people that need help.
I will answer any questions if they ask and I will help building and I will not spawn anything for them if they ask.

I'm 100% against this, I came on the server and immediately saw Hockey trying to force dinolord out of the desert he was building in because Hockey supposedly claimed it. Hockey and I then got into an argument because I was trying to tell him he can not claim an entire biome, but then luckily kittens logged in and told him that he can't force dinolord to move but after kittens left he tried to move dinolords house again and when I told him to stop messing with dinolord, Hockey start cussing me out calling me all kinds of names and then proceeded to tp to me and try to force me to fight him, still saying derogatory names and being an overall jerk. This is not the kind of person that should ever get admin. Or really anything higher than Member.

I cannot recommend Hockeyguy as a staff member. He is not ready to be a member of staff, due to him showing immaturity, especially towards EmotionalCookie. This includes his constant attacks towards Emotional's social status, Wealth and Place of Residence. I admit this is not one sided, but he is a major antagonist on the server. He is not an accommodating player, and constantly tries to use his higher position on the server as reason to unfairly jail people, with not one explanation on the forums. This is not the behaviour I, as well as most other members of McTopia, want as a trusted member of the community.

He also has just shown immaturity by posting his statement to criticism of his staff application.

His application is not up to par with other, comparable staff applications, as it is barely readable, not well set out, and ineffective in exhibiting his true intentions.

I thus cannot support Hockeyguy656's 'staff' application.
