So far we know CCoes was the main perpetrator (he's admitted more than once), and he has claimed Upland, Chaos, and Hockey helped him. We know at least Upland was there and helping due to his placing of TNT into one of the dispensers.

Personally, I suggest a permaban, no appeal for CCoes. Upland, possibly a jail, maybe 5 days or so.

Chaos just helped with the small quarry mcman had. He didn't destroy houses.

I have already started rolling back, I have fixed Dragonfly's house and MattJTV's house, and I have filled in many of the holes I made.
