Hail would be a great Mod but I think the staff are currently pretty good including myself, I believe NikolasDude and Monster are pretty good staff, along with the Administrators.

But yes, Hail would be a good edition,

The current staff needs some touching up, you don't exploit your power as much as most. But your not exactly a saint either.
