Hello name is Haley, formally known as hailstorm2424 I've been holding off on making an application till now and decided today was the day.
I'm proud to say that I've been on this wonderful server since April two years ago, introduced by Bridget (awesomeboo/brookethesheep). Many of you may remember back then, I was Jwalsh423. But new username doesn't mean new person. I'm still the same girl fully, and forever, attached to McTopia.
Ever since I began on the server, my intentions were always to help those who needed it. I've built many houses, given lots of food, and emptied chests for others. And in return, I've gained much respect. I've made tons of friends such as Tobi, Meta, Jam, Slurpie, and Rachel. Those same friends motivated me to write the application you're currently reading.
But more recently I've been frustrated at how my current rank is keeping me from doing bigger jobs I believe I can really assist with. I really want to be able to do more things, and making it enjoyable for everyone. And overall, just a better place. I'm willing to do anything I need to, to help for the good of the server. Have been since the beginning. Mod would give me the ability to do those things. And I'm so happy that I have the chance to do so.
I won't promise that I will not abuse the commands Mod entails. Because a lot of you already know my dedication, and trust is a big part of what this server is all about. I know that I will use each command fairly and lawfully as intended. You can have my word for it. I've never done anything to hurt this server in any way. And I never will. I've been learning by watching these past two years. This server has some great Mods and Donors that are fantastic examples for aspiring members such as myself. I've come to learn the right and wrong way to use ranks and the commands that follow them. I log on every day to make sure everything is alright and I'm frequently on the forums to keep myself updated in what's going on.
I love McTopia. It has a unique community made up of unique individuals. Most everyone is friendly and caring and I've enjoyed my time on there. They were all very accepting of me and it didn't take very long to find my place, and make friends. Out of all the servers I know, McTopia is my #1. Thank you everyone for taking the time to read this, though its not very long. And I appreciate the effort everyone puts into making this server, a great server. I feel truly at home here. (:
