Suggestion concerning Teleports

Hello, Monkeymanmo here. As a newbie to the server, I've noticed a bit of an issue with teleport commands. All VIPs of the rank Diamond and above are able to teleport freely to players without permission, and I've had an incident with that being abused on my person.
The particular incident involved a VIP by the name of Will (I've forgotten the rest of the name). Regardless, this VIP insisted on teleporting to me without my permission, and brought a pack of trained wolves with him, threatening to kill me if I attempted to join in on a conversation between him and another player on the server

I tried to explain that in a situation like this, the /msg command is more effective than attempting to kill all people who would like to chat, but then he attempted to attack me. I blocked the doors of my house with some sand in a moment of haste, and Will was unable to get through it due to the grief protection on it. He then proceeded to lock both of my doors from the outside, making it so that my house was rendered unusable. Once I finally got that fixed, he then proceeded to ruin my excavation training site, which I had not taken the care to protect from greifing.
Regardless, I feel that the /tp command is a useful tool for admins, but is not necessary for the use of VIPs.

Please respond as soon as is reasonably possible.

1. Matt's right, this is tpkilling, and he should be jailed.

I personally don't think VIP diamond and oboes should have tp, they can just use party tp or use Tps, at least we are not like other servers where you can't tpa at all, or when you can, you nee to wait for them to accept, then stay still for 20 seconds.
But it's up to Inspiron.

Thanks for the support on this issue, everyone! I agree entirely with Metazard on the teleporting issue. It's a useful command as /tpa, but the actual teleporting is best served as an admin tool.
Also, the person who committed this act was "williamM2001".

On a further note, William has begun to bring dogs into the area once again, and has killed the player Mnkyband with them.

Both William and Smitty 0606 are now intruding on Mnkyband's house, and William has brought a horde of wolves.
They have killed Mnkyband once again using wolves.
