Tps killing I allowed, unless they're in their home, mine, or any other specified place, AND (Somethig you guys sit mention) as log is tere was no scamming or lying to get them to accept.

I have these from July 12. I wanted to trade with him, and he did the trade and then killed me. Technically he completed the transaction, so emmy was fully alright with it.

Technically yes, once he has paid you and you have the item (same for the opposite) you can pvp. You should make sure you are in a safe place to trade. If not its your fault. Although a staff member and even an SD (anyone who can spawn items or /tp) should not do this. If you are to /tp kill you will be jailed. /tpa killing is perfectly fine. Trust who you trade with.

Actually, no. It's not ok. That is scamming, and should not go unpunished. If it wasn't from before he was last jailed, i would be typing /eban this moment
