im sorry that you got banned Matt but though i have heard about some things you have done in the past, i do believe you are changing and that this is just a once off but i see why mcman and chall would do this.

This isn't the only reason, he has done more during the past months, this was a final straw

Uh... wrong. This is NOT ban worthy. Even if you had given him tons of verbal warnings, from what I'm getting from this conversation you've never jailed him for this.
Also, warnings are due to a certain problem. Example : If you warn him for griefing, and he goes and tp-kills the next day, you can't say you warned him. This comment is only valid as long as him saying "I never knew it was a rule" is true.
Lastly, the pricing was a lot, maybe too little, but you can't punish him for that. He made an attempt and it was a hefty price. You wouldn't expect him to charge 14 stacks of iron would you?
This ban is not worthy. Chall, you should've jailed him. I have a hunch that this ban was covered as a scapegoat to hide a personal issue. You can't do that.
Chall, you need to unban him and jail him for the rest of the time he was banned.

As for this, he hasn't done much. From what I see on the forums he has only been jailed in the past while.
If he's been jailed more than that, staff/ mod+ have not been doing their job about posting on the forums.
As for the people who are pounding on him, you guys need to let it go. He was annoying, but recently he's been making an effort to be cooler.
Chall even tested him, he tried to piss him off and Matt didn't fight back.
You guys have got to stop holding grudges... Seriously.

I have no personal issues with May. He has caused several issues the past few weeks, and I'm not going to pardon him.

If I wanted to I could permantly ban Matt for things he had done. I know better. He should be happy I made it a temp ban and he isn't looking at the ban appeal section.

Challenger I would think that there would be a better way to deal with this. Instead of temp banning him for a week, I think you should of warned him and if he did not take them back. Then you jail him. Or possibly mute him.i think this is unjust. Please consider what I said. Thank you
