So I've been banned for creating lag machines. It was decommissioned after its test run. I was never jailed for it nor was I warned. This is not fair that I get banned out of the blue like this. If this was anyone else, then they would've at least got warned first. Now I know that there are people out there with vendettas against me, but you can at least treat me fairly and equally to all other players. Staff are supposed to be held to a higher standard than this. Being a staff member means that you have to set your own feelings and to do what is right. The sooner you realize this, the sooner mctopia will become a fair and balanced environment. Because right now, it is a hypocritical world where if you are even friends with the staff you can get lesser sentences and, in most cases, just a warning for breaking a rule. Which brings me to my next issue. CREATING LAG MACHINES ISN'T A RULE. So how can I be banned without warning for something that is not even a rule? Another thing, the lag remover plugin removes the villagers that were created by the machine, so, at least on this server, the lag machine wasn't even a lag machine. It was just a big building that had villagers that would despawn after about 3-5 minutes. So now that I have justified myself, I would like to ask that I be unbanned at the earliest convenience. If this is true, he should be unbanned immediately.
I agree with him that he should've been able to explain himself. Whoever banned him has some expaining to do, as banning that quickly isn't right.
Of course there's always the otherside that he could be bending words, but I think he deserves a chance.
At least unbanned with jail.

Who even banned you, at that time who were on that maybe could have banned you?
Also I think you should get unbanned since nobody even gave you a warning and, if you get unbanned just maybe a long jail.

The "lag machine" was a test for my single player world that I play legit on. I never intended for it to create lag. It couldn't create lag anyways due to the lag remover plugin. The reason I made the structure was to breed villagers and to get the best trading options. If I did this in single player, I would've made the structure too big and I would have to start from scratch. The best place to tweak with this until I got a good size was obviously mctopia. I would have the resources and the safety of not over compensating and starting over. So this "lag machine" was not intended to be a lag machine and was not used as so. If I wanted to make a lag machine, I would've went MUCH larger scale.

He means he has creative on the server, and could talk to friends while doing it, but on his Singleplayer he is just Survival
