Anyway, how don't you know you I am. The way I joke around, and chat. I cant show you who I am because, I cant tpa to you, I cant give anything to you because your a admin to show you how nice I am, I cant help you because your a high rank and doesn't need help. If I become a higher rank maybe I can help you or maybe give you something a trusted cant give to you. Also maybe you can earn more respect from me along the way.

I always have my teleport open, I can get to know you. There are other admins you need to get to know.
You don't have to give people items to show them you are nice.
THIS is the one that makes no sense to me. you said "I cant help you because your a high rank and doesn't need help". We ALWAYS need help.
Let me make an example
A school superintendent. Does he not need help taking care of all the schools he is in charge of? No. He has principals to help him.
Principals. Do they take care of all the class rooms by themselves? No. He has teachers to help him.
Teachers. Do they make sure there class is in order, and everyone learns by themselves? No. Sometimes they have students help.
In This situation a superintendent is Inspiron. Principals are admin. Teachers are moderators. Students are people who are not staff.
Back to the example. Sometimes. Principals need more help then just taking care of the classrooms. This is where the students can help them.
As admins. We do not need help with certain things. But we often need help... helping. We need people to step up when we are busy. We need people to help us, help others.
