Killing/stealing my horses

A. I killed one horse on accident (my mouse has been acting up recently, it spazes all over the place clicking and moving, I'm getting another one tomarrow)
B. I saw no signs saying not to be there, I tpa'd to Gold and didn't go through any doors
C. 2 day jail? For killing a horse on accident? Seems like muuuuuch too long to me, maybe a 2 or 3 hour jail, also taking into account that it was my first
offence
D. To take perspective, Beast and Blogic say killing horses is raiding. Horses take up 4-5 blocks. Is a 4-5 block grief equal to a 2 day jail first offence?
E. Blogic and Beast have been jailing me and others for "entering a restricted area".
1. Show me in the rules where it says that that is a viable thing to jail someone on
2. The only thing (they tell me) showing it to be "restricted" is one sign on one door. When I went there I tpa'd to Golden, who was on top of a wall. I saw
and have seen no sign specifying not to enter.
3. As far as I've ever seen, the only thing I've known of that tells people not to enter are diamond blocks. There were no diamond blocks.
4. John98099 was also jailed for literally walking into a building (you can talk to him about that, though)

To be honest, I really don't think killing horses should be jailable for more than 2 or 3 hours with multiple offences, much less a first offence. I really feel this jail should be much less, but I might be wrong, who knows. What do you guys think?

I don't hate bk? He's my friend, I asked logic what time he thought it should be because yet he said he killed one, does that mean the others just disappeared? Most of the horses were logics so I had to have his input, he said 2 days.

I came up with this idea because you jailed someone who killed more horses than BKreitz but didn't even jail him/her for HALF the time you jailed BKreitz even though this is his first offenece

I suggest that BK's jail time is reduced. 10 minutes because he really didn't commit an offense on purpose. It's already been almost one day.

The only horse I borrowed and returned was with that one name that you came up with. Two weeks ago that happened.
