There isn't that third option. So I would go with McTopia and some abuseing staff.
Plus, the ones that do abuse, are swiftly demoted.

OMG, that made me laugh SO HARD. They are very rarely demoted. LOL.

And there IS that third option. We need to do a check on all these mods and superdonaters

I kinda agree with ya here. i mean some people DESERVE Mod, but cant get it, and some HAVE Mod but dont deserve it. :/
