New Rule:
Some people on MCtopia Want a new rules, which is "No Stealing Horses!
How That Could Be Helpful:
First of all people won't always complain to staff about "Someone took my horse jail them!" Also saying "Someone stole my horse can you spawn one in for me?" That would get annoying. Also most people just steal horses because they don't have them, or they want to troll them, so that would bring a lot of complaining. So I personally think that should be a new rule.

I would like to know if this is a bad rule or not.

Already a rule. A tamed horse is considered personal property. It is a totally jailable crime.
