Homekill complaint

I would like to report that stardust_warior was homekilled by Beast0262, varstar7, and leigh_macpherson recently. He was at his barn, and they showed up, broke his protection block, and killed him. I don't have many details, but I trust stardusts word, and I understand if you cannot take action due to insufficient evidence, but I ask that you please ask them about it. I have also told stardust that in the future he should keep a finger by the screencap button for evidence. Thank you for reading.

We can look at were the protection block is, if it was brorn by try, it will show, but if they were to honekill, they could just PVP bypass.

He was outside of his no pvp town inside no house or anything. I broke his protection block after he placed it because i attacked him and it wasnt in a structure, after i broke it other people ran along to follow and killed him, this didnt happen in his town or his house. He placed a protection block in the middle of nowhere and no structer so i destroyed it and other people came along and killed him.

So get your facts straight and tell all these people to quit lying

I have proof that the Ps wasnt in his house, cant find where he died, but i dont have proof he's lying about the homekill.

Maybe now you shouldnt always trust him.
this isnt in a house, its in a field. I broke the stone because it wasnt in a structure and then people came and killed him.

Just because he placed it outside a structure, doesn't mean you can break it then kill him, you need to let him recover, then explain why it's bad.

i even said before i broke it "you cant place that outside of structures, remove it" then he said "no they're gonna kill me" then i broke it because he refused to remove it. Then they killed him, he had plenty of time to tp away if he wanted. there was a good minute before i destroyed it.

Well I sorry that I never knew I was supposed to ask why to pick up what you're putting down. I'm allowed to argue the. Point as much as I want until people just stop replying.

So what you're saying, is that you are allowed to be a smartass and get the last word? He was just saying that instead of breaking it and letting him die, you should have said you would jail him if he did not remove it.

Can I please put forward my theory on what happened?

Beast were chasing stardust, because he was an easy kill in the middle of nowhere
Stardust was smart, and put a lapis block down to save himself
You waited for your PvP buddies to catch up, and then broke the block
You 3v1ed somebody, probably with diamond tools, and killed them

I don't believe you said one thing to stardust. Feel free to prove you did by hawkeyeing the ground where you stood when you said it. I have a quick tip for you and your 'team aviation (playstation)'

Just because you "don't give up", doesn't mean you can discriminate against people lesser in rank. I don't choose to PVP for this reason, but others don't have this choice. It's nicer to ask, you wont be regarded as the genitalia of this server, of which I have heard from a member yesterday.
