Members making their own rules?

I think if they run into a town and disobey the rules, it's still a crime. Just like if you break a law even thought you didn't know of it, it is still considered a crime.

Not really...I've never had ANY problems with people getting away with breaking town rules, because the town resident/owner just screams

"HEY STOP PVPING"

So it just kinda happens.

We need a stable rule.

I'd suggest that admins / staff / people that are trusted have to "verify" a town and their rules. We'll have a post that a certain person keeps track of. To add a town, you'd PM the person the town name.

Once a town is verified, the rules are jailable. Rules that aren't... normal (i guess) would have to be discussed.

It's just, there are a lot of towns, and what if someone gets the town verified, then changes the rules?

Lets say that half the places that have warps are towns.
There are over 200 warps.
