Once he advertises he needs to be banned immediately. No if, buts, when, or hows. The person who advertises needs to be banned right on the spot.

That is mainly for members who join and start advertising, those people don't care about the server and should be banne automatically. But pojgik has been on the server for more than a month, and has even donated to the server to show he cares. He might have taken back most of the money, but that is for family reasons most likely.

Well he should know the rules and that advertising is not allowed. And if he cared about the server he wouldn't have advertised.

Well even if I knew I had to ban him on the spot, I probably couldn't cause I don't really know the command.
