But I don't understand that, because of that's true, then if you place down a block with value, and you don't protect it, does that mean you're spawning items too? They built it, it's not their fault someone griefed it, which is breaking the rules, why should they be punished for someone else breaking the rules >.<

It was over at least 9 stacks. But there is nothing wrong with it. If it got griefed, the people who griefed can be jailed. Not them. This jail was very iffy, and it could have been talked through with all the staff before it was final. At least hear the staff's opinion if your going to jail someone off a rule that you feel, not know.

If this is jail able, I would like to say Boo has unprotected diamond and lapis and iron blocks at spawn of world 3. And the goal is to have people grief it >.>

right. See things like that, like SDs who KNOW BETTER building crap like that and then not protecting it. Thats like spawning items.
