I love posting things not about the server.
I like reading other people's posts that aren't about the server.

If I didn't like them, why would I ask for a section to be made?

I believe that we should NOT make this section. Its hard enough not wanting to go on the forums because of off topic stuff. The forums tab would cause

-gossip
-more freaking drama
-fighting
-snitching
-complaining
-personal photos that no one wants to see
-random posts and pictures
-Did I mention MORE STUPID DRAMA?

I'm not sure how it would cause drama.
This section could be for things like new video games, fun conversations, anything.
I'd love to write some book reviews.
I love to rant about stuff, also.

As long as we don't do controversial things, I don't see how any of the things on your list could happen. (not counting random posts and personal photos)

This section is for random posts! obviously, we can't spam or anything.

I see nothing wrong with personal photos. If you don't like it, don't look at it.
Kittens does photography. She could post some of her photos.
I love editing photos, and I could make some funny stuff for you guys.


it isn't like people will post "UGH chall is such a GRUMP like seriously EW omg just like KILL HIM EWEWW" because that's basically spam, and being a bully isn't allowed.
