Oh I see, the /afk command works by sensing when the player does something, the server can't sense anything done client side, but anything server side, like fishing, can be detected

Even so, like nick said, autofhishing shouldn't be the problem, merely the fact it's a hacked client.
Just get them to send pictures of;

1. Their clean, hack free .minecraft and joint files
2. The minecraft menu, hack free
3. The minecraft options section, hack free

Yea, theres one problem with what you were trying to do.
No one but Inspiron has unban.
