AntiCheat Is one of the best hack-detection plugins there is for minecraft. I should know because I use to be on a server where I was staff. One of my main jobs was to manage player relations. My point is uses anticheat and know first hand that it is so picky that if you lag, it says your are hacking. I would just like to say that if they are really cheating or hacking the fail number will get in the 1000s, even if so you should ask if they are experiencing lag.
