Ok, well, at one of my towns (/warp Island), creeper2223 said he was wondering the Island and found a massive patch of dirt,sand and sand, it was in the middle of the ocean, next to my Island. If you guys think creeper2223 was just lagging, he wasn't, he showed meta he said and I even saw it, I even took screenshots of it. This big hole in the water may of been caused by the command //drain...

It wasn't dungeon. It is not only admin who have access to the command to do it. SD's do as well. It wasn't a direct world edit. It was a command added it 1.5. Do not say it allowed. I do not want to come home to Mctopia to find the oceans gone.
