"The Clave" sounds unofficial, and not many people understand its meaning.

Well, not at all.

it was supposed to be a group of well known players making decisions together. I added the representatives as a side thing. They won't be making the votes, they'll just have a say in any new rules. For player discussion, they won't be that involved.

IT ISN'T A HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THEY ARE IN THERE TO MAKE SURE RULES MADE ARE FAIR. IT IS A GROUP OF TRUSTED PEOPLE MAKING DECISIONS.
