heres the problem though. no rules were broken. not even an implied rule. he pvp'd on a pvp server. we have all been killed at times we didnt want to be. so suck it up and build something

Lord Nick knows the rules and follows them. This is a pvp server, so pvp is allowed. Going to warps is also allowed, so if you do not want to get killed be weary of visiting poplated warps.
