I got jailed for home attacking (its not on here because it was like 4 days ago) and slurpie said i wasnt breaking any ruled and now look at what game said on another jail post yeah...if no1 died then no rule was technically broken...home attack is not jailable, nor is it fair to jail someone to teach them a lesson.
Just thought i'd show you guys this.

If you have the means to kill them, and it is stopped by a higher rank, it is jailable. I playful smack isn't as bad, but still shouldn't happen

But that situation is highly unlikely to happen and would probably only happen if the higher rank was the one being home attacked

ive seen it where somone is accused to being home attacked, and the attacker leaves, only to come back 3 minutes later, while i am watching

...... I jailed you for 1hour and you admitted you were in the wrong...
It was a TPKILL not home attack
