They were very nice. Since I was a human, I could get in almost anywhere. I was lounging on their couch and I snuggled up with someone they called Ahri. The people I was spying on before lived here too.
"will I be a domestic house cat forever?" I thought.
"Will I always be a girl trapped in cat form? Will I have to die as a cat? Not remembering my name or anything?" I continued to think terrible thoughts. Alice got up then it wasn't comfortable. I got up and stretched, sinking my claws into he couch then pulling up. Somehow I could show them I'm not just a cat, by maybe not acting like a cat maybe? Maybe I could scratch letters in the dirt. I tried it. But it failed. I just couldn't create the letters. I should just live a normal life as a cat I guess. Except, I didn't exactly Like grooming with my toungue. So in the little pool of water outside I always take a swim, which puzzled my, owners. I'm not sure I should call them my owners...yet. I just took a swim, I shake each of my paws, it looks cute when cats do that. But it's not cute when YOU are the cat. I rolled in the grass and shook myself. Someone named Nami came into the house, and someone named Ahri. Suddenly I could see almost invisible blue purple mist around me. And I felt... Something. The curse must be growing stronger. Someone here must have magic. It grew more visible as the day went on. And when I fell asleep at night it was completely visible. That night I was haunted with nightmares

Ahri POV

I Heard two pairs of delicate feet running back while i was happily humming and decorating for christmas. a few seconds later, alice and nami run inside.
"Ahriii!!!!!!" Alice and nami yell, running twords me. they run and both hug me at the same time. i felt EXTREMELY worried, the two adorable bunnies were in danger!
"whats wrong?" i said kneeling down since they were shorter than me.
"The-there was this mo-monster in the forest" nami and alice were crying "Nami was ju-just able to keep it away from us wi-with his magic" alice cried. i was suprised, there weren't very many monsters around these parts, what the hell.
"What did it look like?" i asked them tenderly
"it was like a shadow, black as night. and it had horrible red blades on its hands." nami stammered nervously. i stiffened up. i think i knew this alleged "Monster". i knew him from my days in the league... he was quite powerful. i can understand why they were so scared...i hugged them both and reassured them.
"What was he after?" i asked carefully, not wanting to make them cry again.
"He said he wanted our family" alice said, tears forming back in her eyes. "he asked if we were from the nearby family. and then attacked us" alice said, on the verge of tears again. this is NOT good. there is a dark, demonic, nightmare monster after our family. Before him, people had nice dreams. but one day, people started having issues with their sleep. some would wake up screaming, beyond consolation. some would never go to sleep, slowly going insane. and some, would just never wake up. “The darkness is closing in... it’s pitch black now... but I can still see him...” that was a patient in the psychological ward. one day, they were examining a place called the twisted treeline, and somebody fell over, dead. and then a black mass of magic appeared, and then he appeared.Nocturne. he slaughtered everything in his path, until the mages were finally able to contain him. as punishment, they forced him to be apart of the league. under the control of the very people he despised. how did he get out? who LET him out? as i finished thinking, i let alice and nami go off together. nami went to go decorate with some flowers and plants. i would have to investigate into this...
