Fatboomer/Mr. Inspiron Please Read About Jailing Mtmoon.

I know I just became a mod so it isn't really my place, but I would like to bring up the case of Mtmoon's jailing. I understand he allegedly griefed fatboomer ( I am not aware of the full details). He was banned at some point, and then let back on the server only to be muted, unmuted and jailed for an extended period of time. When is his jailing period going to end? He is sorry for what he has allegedly (again, I did not see the damage personally) done, and I would like to request on his behalf for some more information on the status of his incarceration. I would not like to lose a friend from the server permanently.

It is in my opinion that several consecutive punishments all relating to the same crime is equivalent to cruel and unusual punishment... I also believe that multiple punishments for one crime falls under the category of double jeopardy. Is there any way that Mtmoon's punishment can cease at this point? If not, could someone please give a time/date of when his punishment will cease?

Griefing is a serious crime on Minecraft and should be punished, but there should also be a limit to the length of time and the severity of the punishment.

Please at least let us know when the jailing period is going to end. " title="Crying or Very Sad">

also i already was jailed for doing what i did but this is the thing i wanted revenge so i greifed [ninja4liferyan] place i saw a chest saying it was locked by ninja4liferyan so i wanted to greif a traitor!

also some of you wouldnt want to lose the first player that joined this server i was here longer than fatboomer or any of the admins! so this is something that some of you wouldnt want

I'd also like to edit my post: We have rollback features. It isn't the end of the world if a few blocks are missing. As a response to griefing a traitor, I also griefed a traitor! I erased a sign that said "this server sucks, blah blah inspiron sucks" so if it is true that mtmoon griefed a traitor and got jailed then...>_> idk, jail me too. " title="Sad"> -sigh-
