Thalerex and Roket (yes I have screenshots)

Earlier Thalerex and Roket (both are SuperDonators) were using caps repeatedly. Isn't using caps against the rules? Because last night a mod told me that if I used caps I would be kicked, so I stopped. But here are Thalerex and Roket using caps and not getting in trouble:

Admins should read the rules! I dislike most admins/ superdonaters because they abuse their powers and don't follow the rules. MOST, not all.
