To set multiple homes, the syntax of the command is /sethome <name>
For example if I wanted to set a home called "newhome" I would type:
/sethome newhome
If I wanted to teleport to home "newhome" I would type:
/home newhome
If I wanted to delete the home, I would type:
/delhome newhome
