If you designate an area with "no PVP" then there shall not be PVP cooper. Simple as that.

Well, if he gets a higher rank, the odds are that he would need to behave, or he might be demoted... Who knows maybe it could change him for the better? Nothing's impossible

hasnt he already had a high rank and got demoted? shouldnt be allowed to buy ranks once your demoted for abuse. in nicks case it would be fine, im surprised he isnt vip ob already
