You promised me you would follow and enforce the rules, never abuse your SuperDonor commands, and act maturely. So far you have broken every single one of these promises, and I'm afraid that the pact was essential for you to even touch anywhere close to a staff rank.

You say you'll fix all the issues we've pointed out, yet you never do. Jesse, Jack, Robby, Chris, Eva, me...these are all people who've talked to you in only the past 2 weeks to straighten out your act. And you've pointedly said you're trying to fix your issues and become stronger, but you've proven your "efforts" to be futile.
