Thank you all so much for the support. As i believe i said i will be able to periodically check the forums. I have been working hard, getting better mile times in my physical education class and such. People have been noticing me slim down and i hope it doesn't stop for a while. I am reworking my routine starting tomorrow. I will go for a short run in the morning, then go to school and do PE to the best of my ability (do not fear i am still learning things  ) and then at around 4:00 I will go for another run if i do not have plans. The reason i am not doing weight training at all is because running is supposed to be one of the best exercises to get rid of fat. and once i am lighter i will work on my muscle strength. all of this is because i feel like my life is going downhill. not mental, i am trying to expand mentally, but i do not want to put off exercising until it is too late to do anything about it. I have certain songs that motivate me, and somehow my custom dogtags i have had from birth have been giving me encouragement and power xD anyway i love you all and i will be back occasionally to talk if you want to <img src=" title="Razz"> just private message me over the forums when you want!

NO BUMPING >:O

Lol jk xD Honestly, your right, running is probably the best option to go with as of now. When running becomes to easy, and you begin to condition, change your routine a bit. Instead of going for light runs, change it to tempo runs; 3 minutes of a high pace, 1 minute of a lighter pace (but faster than a jog) until you meet your distance goal. If you think that is too crazy, you can do the same thing, but instead of tempo, do i farhtlihk (pronounced fart lick lol, had me dying the first time my cross country coach said it and i ended up having to run stadium laps 10 times xD) which is the same thing as tempo, but instead of picking up the paces after a time limit, you can do it like 3 blocks on, 1 block off, or whatever your comfortable with. Different running techniques help your body get used to different situation, and in turn lose more weight. Another VERY important thing you should do is STRECH!!!!! Do a VERY importnt exercise called trigger point. This help crush those knots you get from working your muscles, and although it hurt like hell, it helps SO much in the long run. Considering I can do the splits, and I'm 6'2. Lmao.

Hope this helped, and know that I'm rooting for you good friend.
