This is something you doing wrong. Being patient is key. Inspiron said that making applications in absolutly no way guarantees a position in staff. It is just a key as to who he needs to watch on the server. It could take months before he makes his decision.

These are to show who is interested, and after the apps are seen, Inspiron decides if he wants to watch you, or get someone else to watch you, or....you get my drift.
