They have the chance to advance just as we did. They just want free help and more money. What you see about these places is what the government tells us and wants us to see. You don't see the other 1000+ people of that country. You don't see how they are living in good condition. All you see is the 100+ people who live in the poor. That's all you see, because that's all our government wants you to see it. They want you to help them look good. Just how when ever we go to war, once its over we help rebuild their country. In my mind its a bunch of bullshit. Its a war and they lost, don't go and help them clean up. After what happened about the Sandy Hook shooting, I will never listen to the press/government again. Bunch of sympathy bull shitting liars. That's why you have to live with as little of the government as you can, or else you end up getting screwed over and in the end, our government will be in dept and who will be laughing now? The other countries who whined just enough to steal all our money and take all our help.

I used to think the same thing, but then i realized a couple things.

1) when we only care about ourself, other countries will too. If we only helped ourself, it would mean the war would come to us. The last time we had a war in the U.S. was the civil war.

2) We cant change anything, even if we want to. We call ourselves a democracy, but honestly bribery, and other forms of greed mean that when it comes to the votes from our representatives, its all money, no real input. money equals power in this world, and if we ever want change, we would have to reboot our government. just throw out every member, and replace them with average people who can say, "no you can't have money for that" "no we cant afford that". Honestly, get a mom to run our country. They seem to know exactly what we can't have.

lol, Nice point of seeing this.

He meant about how if a country brought the war to america.

Matt, it is limited. When the powerful American army took on North Korea, they didn't take the 6/1 ratio of people attacking back too much.

America is already billions of dollars in debt, so are most countries.

I can tell you WW3 Will not happen. At least by any time soon, there may be quarrels, but most of the countries know their places, politicians may seem stupid, but they aren't. People know the devastation the last wars made. All sides counted for. But done take my word for it. If it really does happen and we all de from nuclear warfare, which is what will happen if there is a war, I will give you everything I own.

By the way, don't count your facts straight guys, the media tells you the controversial things for you to tune in, not always the truth.

Think logically. Don't freak out.

Its so sad to see the world from space, so peaceful, and so beautiful. But then you get onto earth. And its just... screwed up in the worst ways. Innocent people over there are being killed. Any gender, any age. And then its our responsibilities to pick up the pieces persay, and we get our own men killed over in these countries. Just a mish-mash of different people fighting for different reasons and its not going to stop. Because the price of one man's blood, is just more blood.

tobiii1004 wrote:It's a sad discussion, honestly. Any situation where people die is a horrible situation, however we cannot all have a Utopian society because, well, lets face it. Every Utopia setting from every fantasy novel we've ever read is looked at as a Dystopia. The Giver, by Lois Lowry. Its actually a perfect society, but it looks so WRONG from our standpoint. Communism is actually a perfect idea, but democracy is the only way for everyone to have full freedom. Therefore situations like these will ALWAYS happen, where people die and entire countries get involved. I'm hoping this DOESN'T turn into a World War III, our country cannot have another war on our hands at this point.

Ahh, the giver.. man i remember in my class when my teacher read that to us..
