Lets maybe clean up the line breaks and capital letters, and add some periods.

Other then that:

I think, that the first sentence/line is a good point, and I agree with you on that. Also, you imply that only with Admin will you not break rules, and if this is true, please fix your behavior before O.o, if not, it is a gramatical error and should be fixed to avoid confusion.
