They arent ignoring you. you were DESTINED to lose your rank anyway! Minecraft EULA is doing its job, but because of some ppl stealing money from parents, ranks get taken away... D:

Something like this happened to me too. I lost my VIP-Obsidian rank and am stuck as premember. After reading this, now I realize it's my fault. My friend Newsky90 was (and is still) stuck as premember too, but I don't know why. So we got my dad (COOlDAd767) to get on the server for the first time. I tped to him, then tphere'd Newsky90 to me so he could re-take the quiz. I figured that would get him back to regular member. Newsky90 and I finished the quiz and now both of us are stuck as premember. " title="Crying or Very Sad"> COOlDAd767 got stuck in the premember quiz and couldn't get out.

Can anyone help us?

Unfortunately, since Alex keeps donator ranks away from our toolkit, we need to get him to get you all out of there, and rank you guys up again. I'll try to get onto him, and I encourage any other of my fellow staff/influencial McTopians with his Skype to message him about this before I can jump on Skype tomorrow, just in case it doesn't get through (my Skype is shocking these days... thanks Microsoft for the Mac help... jerks)
