Nitpicking actually helps staff, as bad as it is, we can then know hat the situation is. IT ISN'T OKAY TO ACT LIKE THAT. oh my goodness how much clearer could I be... It is disrespectful and utterly mannerless. If someone wronged me, I would want justice, but I wouldn't be a jerk about it!
