Actually, Widmer has access to Widmer_Kay and xXRipley_sanXx. I have access to xXTheDarkGamerXx and xXRipley_sanXx. Also, xXTheDarkGamerXx is not in possession of the pickaxe. I also showed nfl the pick, but he gave it back, he did pay me for the armor, a LOT of money, but I didn't give him the pickaxe, and I do not know if Widmer did. If it is truly from Ripley, I'll take full responsibility. I'm sorry that all this happened, and I didn't know it was wrong at the time. I'm really sorry.

The crimes that happened were committed from the account xXRipley_SanXx we won't jail individuals but accounts instead. What do you mean by "we"? You aren't a staff member or high enough donor rank, so you are unable to jail people. Relating to this post, I was informed that Inspiron did not care about these "hacked" items so long as they weren't used to cheat mcmmo levels. Now I understand if he copied the item and gave it to someone for free but there really isn't any proof nfl didn't pay Ripley.

These hacked items have knock back 1000 and fortune 10. 2 very easily abused enchants that can make playin quite unfair. Fortune would abuse the mining mcmmo skills and knock back could 1 hit kill anyone. Besides if you say Inspiron said that, then why did an Admin step in, jail this person after the owner demoted them?

ripley is dark so he can do what ever he wants and widmer is ripley and someone gave the pixaxe to me so yay i cant get introble/ if someone eles gave it to me now can i

Not because you got it from another player. Its illegal since you are selling it to MEMBERS, you aren't even suppose to have this in general but the fact that you are giving it to people who can't spawn items or even use /enchant means that you are breaking the rules

Those items are contraband, and when finding them you should have reported it to a staff member.
