I have to agree with Cori and Qtee on this one. You always seem to be getting banned and jailed, looking for verbal fights, and other things previously said. I am voting on no for the appeal.

Also, yesterday you came on using tons of alt accounts you stole (By tons that's 3 but still stealing accounts is no way to go) and you said "Love Lord Nickolas" That wasn't called for at all, and will likely reduce your chances of getting unbanned, and increasing your chance of getting IP banned. Way to go buddy!

Last, as for the IP Ban, Alex already knows I bypass it and it seems he doesn't care, even though it is hard to get working every now and then. If Alex, had truly wanted to keep my out of this "world" he could of just ban my forums account or something like that xD I'm sorry that you are just filled with so much hatred to go out of your way to talk badly of someone. Well on to the next post that had talked so badly of me :,(

Hey Epic, you should honestly just get off of your keyboard go into your kitchen and eat something really nice to calm yourself down, then you should come back now that you have a full stomach and you can think properly once more and remember, "Hey Nick only came on one account yesterday not "tons" or "3". Just one account. I think it was his own personal account as well." Since that is the case. Ever since I killed you in spawn a few times it seems you have as well been going out of your way to get me in trouble as much as you can. Way to go buddy for lying about how I got on tons of accounts and say "Love Lord Nickolas" when in reality I only have 2 accounts. My own and Nova_sognu. Soon however, as I sent a message to my friend who owns the account, I will receive one of my old accounts back from before 1.8. Next time Epic, please don't lie about the situation to make things look worse.

I may not be the smartest person, but I certainly am not the dumbest, as I know that making a house a good distance from someone without affecting them (unless you count the sight of my amazing house that will be used to store future goodies) is not harassment. Well let me tell you something Cori, I like to go back and read every detail of things you write to check to see if you truly tried or if you just wrote gibberish to make you look smart. From what I have gone through you just looked for something to go against me, even if it wasn't true. As for "That's an awful lot of jails and bans for someone who "wants to help the server."", in truth it is only one true jail for a crime that I did actually commit. Thanks for taking your time to respond to my ban appeal, however, if you choose to write something unkind or untrue please try to stop and think "How would I feel if someone did this to me?" if you still feel like posting, go ahead. So Cori, it seems out of all the jails you posted only 1 was completely fair and the rest were either false, BS or unfair. Right, okay, need I really explain this? It is incredibly improbable that you are the victim to such a degree that only one of the 6 jail posts is invalid. Forgive me if I don't believe you when you claim everyone lies about you or has something against and that you really, truly, I-promise-Cori, didn't do anything wrong in 5/6 of those. You say you made an improvement when it came to kindness, but there's currently discussion on whether or not you sexually harassed another player, and you insisted on dragging me into your arguments with Drew, making some statements I found highly offensive. You've taken your lack of empathy technically off the server and use skype instead. Oh boy. What an improvement. How kind you are. I simply told him that it was unfair for what he jailed me for and that he might lose Admin at the rate he was going This is your opinion and side of the story. Forgive me if I think that you're in a rather defensive position here and would be inclined to, say, exaggerate. While you are right in saying that the use of other's accounts without their permission is not a written rule, it is bad conduct, and I simply thought that perhaps everyone would like to know how you used to unlock chests for your alts with Tobi's account so that you could share god armor between them. You say this but you must remember I kill a lot of people on Mctopia and I build homes near theirs so I can store the stuff I get from killing them. I'm saying whenever you posted your post, you expected nobody to read all of it just most of it and decide that its instantly true. It was filled with gibberish because it was filled with lies. Since honestly, if Taylor had never posted her post you would have never posted yours. She's your friend after all, and you intend to support your friends. Instead I only set warps for myself and paid in advance. As for the chest unlocking, that was Drew, Mcmanaway1, who unlocked all of them that I asked for. Yet again Cori, I proved that your big ole block of text was nothing but lies and other things to make me look bad, Of course I'm going to deny what has never happened Cori. I'm not dumb enough to do anything that's as bad as you make it out to be. |
