Hmm. Yes League of Legends does have this same setup, but that is not the original intention of these rank names. My meaning behind the rank name "Challenger" is that there will not be many people holding the rank. The people that do hold the rank are high enough on the bar to "challenge" people. It can also be somewhat of a "challenge" to achieve the rank for some. :^)
