When should i go for moderator?

Depending on how many people are on. If there is anywhere around 10 people on or less, I usually say hi to everyone that logs on. After that it gets a bit hectic, and may not notice you if I don't recognize who you are.

And that is my point, if you aren't recognised in the crowd, maybe you could be doing something to make yourself more notable than just a player.
