No no, I believe he is referring to countries below us. Somewhere near Panama, or below Mexico, where English isn't a first language. He may be trying his best to type.

I don't think thats it, I have seen him type correctly, he just gets lazy when typing 98% of the time.

I think he is from Canada though, because he said he is on Mountain Western Time, which is Northern US, and Canada.

Maybe "Moutin Western Time" is some time zone no one has ever heard about. I honestly am confused, I understand where PMT is, but I am unsure about Mountain Western Time. I couldn't even find it after looking it up.
