You're a great guy chaos, you have had experience of being staff and I know that for myself. I think with the whole mishap of /report command will effect your chance. I realize you have changed and you know what you've done and learned from your mistakes. As I once heard on the forums somewhere "Once you crumble a piece of paper, you can't restore its normal shape." That quote has to do with the /report mishap thingy. But other than that, +1.
