Mod???

wat does it take to become mod without paying. I try to protect and make the server fun for some people. I try to do it to every1 but i just dont have the time too. Some1 like me should deserve a reward. I have been jail, but that was bcuz i was killing pigs in the FREE MEAT area of the old spawn. I hav been jail spammed??? and i dont no y. i come on the server as much as i can to help and protect the server from hackers, cheaters, etc. I would just hope u would read this. I no its ur desision mr inspiron but i really want to become a mod D: * i feel dull*
