While some of the things he does are questionable, I do believe there is a fair amount of biased opinions against him, all of his jails are long, for silly things.

His jails are legitimate jails.

He does harass players. The most common excuse from his is that he "weeds out the kids that whine"

If I join a server, and build my house, and then someone builds something right by me that prevents me from leaving my home and that person constantly kills me, I wouldn't be on the server for long. Nick needs to have a LONG serious talk. I'm not suggesting severe punishment right now, but if he continues harassing players AFTER he is talked to, I'd suggest a temp-ban. If he continues after a temp-ban, and a serious talk, I would suggest banning him.

Although McTopia is a PvP server, it is also a community. How will you enter a community if you can't even leave spawn? We want more people on the server.

Also, I thought I'd bring up something that has been bothering me and quite honestly scares me. What happened when inspiron goes to college? If he doesn't, and he stays where he is, I'm pretty sure everything would be normal. But if he does, I'm not sure if he'd bring the McTopia computer set-up with him. He probably wouldn't have time to run the server, and I feel that having a desk in your dorm room is more important than a minecraft server. He could always go to college from home, then I'd presume he'd give the majority of his responsibilities as a server owner to a staff member. He could get McMyAdmin* and a staff member could be in charge of updating the server and stuff. He could always leave the computer setup at home. We'd do the same thing with a new "owner"

*McMyAdmin is a website that gives people access to the console and server files without them being at the computer they are on. It is $7 or so. Also, permissions could be set up so inspiron could give someone a login and let them update plugins without giving them access to the console. Pretty sweet stuff.

we have a solid year or two before we have to worry about that. And with the way it is today, most people go to community college to get the stuff they can, for a lot cheaper. They then transfer to a university after they get there AA degree.
