If you just ensure that whenever you are on the server, you are being helpful and not being mad, we won't have a problem.

I think anyone can become mod, the real question is are they able to mature and be helpful. Engaging in the community also helps

Come back in 6 months, we will have forgotten what you did, and hopefully we will not be recalling any more instances of bad form.
